Off Day 12th April 2007

12^th April 2007:

Today was still my off-day from work, so I have time to go out with my friends, my darling wife & to write my blog and I’ve promised to you guys that I would put images in my blog after my first blog, so here it goes.

Before I write my blog, here’s the news headline for today. Champions League news: Liverpool 1 PSV 0 (Agg. 4-0 Liverpool)

: Bayern Munich 0 Milan 1 (Agg. 3-2 Milan)

So, there are 3 English teams through into the semi-finals of the Champions League – Man Utd, Chelsea & Liverpool – and only 1 Italian team, AC Milan. Man Utd will face AC Milan while Liverpool will face Chelsea. Which 2 teams will go to the final of the Champions League & face off at Athens? What do you guys think? I believe that Liverpool & Man Utd will be in the final but I will have to go with Liverpool to win.

I woke up around 9-ish this morning because I need to buy some sandwiches and custard rolls for the picnic later with Z. I went to Supasave around 10-ish to buy those foods and pick up my wife at school at 12, because we were going to Escapade to eat some sushi. It was the FIRST ever sushi my wife has ever eaten, she was not into it though by the looks from her face. We ordered the $15 sushi set and by my opinion, it was delicious, but my wife didn’t enjoy it. The funny moment from that lunch time was the wasabi part. I tricked her into eating it because I told her that it the wasabi was just mint. Overall, we had fun with our lunch & the place was totally packed.

At 2pm, we went to Jerudong beach for a picnic. Today, my wife told me that she was cooking spaghetti for me for the picnic, I couldn’t wait to taste it & it was alright because she forgot to bring the cheese. The cheese makes it perfect. Yeh.

At the beach, we went crazy looking for beach crabs. In the end, we managed to catch 4 crabs. She was thrilled. The wave was very strong today and we also saw a dead fish, I believed it was a shark.

Our little picnic was fun as we spend hours with ourselves - eating,catching crabs, seashells & etc. That was our little ‘projects’ for today.

I planned to go to Coffee Bean again this evening but MY & Rudi couldn’t make it, so, boring…… but not to worry, tonight’s TV show will cheer me up with the Mythbusters on Discovery Channel at 9pm & Nokia’s Football Crazy on ESPN at 8pm – it will be a crazy show -.

Tomorrow I will be working at night at Coffee Bean until 130am, so I don’t think that I will write a blog for tomorrow. Sorry you guys. Drop by at Coffee Bean tomorrow.hehe.

So, that’s my blog for today... Nothing much but at least I had fun today.
