“Beauty versus the Beast”:
Final Champions League place was up for Grab lastnight as Arsenal take on the surprise team, Bolton at the Emirates stadium. To tell you the truth, I didn’t see the match last night because I was working & customers requested to watch Liverpool vs Manchester City instead, so I only saw the highlights of the match late at night. About the match itself, Arsenal hasn’t won a single match in their last 4 matches, with 3 losses & a draw. On the other hand, Bolton went to the Emirates stadium on an ups & downs streaks, so both team have lots to play for because only 2 points separate between these two and they are only a few games left to play this season.
Arsenal as usual created many chances in the match but failed to convert them into goals. It was Bolton who scored first in the first half through a set-piece and blasts it in by an X Arsenal player – who love to haunt & scored against the Gunners – Anelka. Before the break, Arsenal finally scored through Rosicky to make it 1-1. In the second half, Arsenal totally battered & controls the game as they constantly attacked the Bolton defense. In the end, it was Cesc Fabregas who scored the winner as he finally scored his first EPL goal of the season. Final score was 2-1 to the Gunners & they now have a 5 point advantage over Bolton & maybe, maybe could catch up with 3rd place Liverpool.

Arsenal don’t have anything to play for now this season & again there is no trophy this season for the young Gunners. We will bounce back soon, don’t worry Arsenal fans. Have faith. =)
