For U Fidz... Kebab.. *Yum*

The word kebab is ultimately from Arabic or Persian but originally meant fried meat not grilled meat. Kebab is also a common food found in Brunei. Kebab is usually consisting of lamb & beef, though particular styles of kebab have chicken. In English, kebab by itself usually refers to Shish Kebab. In Brunei, the kebab is usually served with half pita bread with cucumber, beef or chicken, mayonnaise, chili or tomato sauce inside it. A kebab in Brunei is usually cost around $3-4 depending on the vendor but you can also buy it for $2 in ‘Pasar Malam’. If you go to the Mall, you will find a different version of kebab called Shawarma.

There’s nothing fancy about this food but the taste is wow… it just melt in your mouth. The most delicious kebab for me in Brunei is at Batu Bersurat near Growing Star. You guys should try buying it there.
